Shipping, Returns & Exchanges


We ship all handbags as soon as possible, but please give us 1-3 business days just in case of bad weather!  We try to get to the post office the day after your order so you will have  your bag as soon as possible, but sometimes Mother Nature gets in the way!  We ship from the post office and we will include tracking so we know where your handbag has been!  Of course, this doesn’t include custom orders, because sometimes it will take more than a day or two just to make it!  But we will keep you informed about what is going on with your custom handbag!


We understand that sometimes the handbag just doesn’t work out and of course we will do whatever we can to make it right.  So here is all the business talk regarding returns:
HKelly designs will refund your purchase if you are not completely satisfied.  For a full refund of the purchased handbag(s), handbag(s) must be postmarked with in 15 days of receipt and in original condition.  The customer is responsible for the cost of all shipping and safe return of handbag(s).  We suggest insuring and tracking package to assure safe return.  Once the return is received and the handbag(s) are verified they are in their original condition we will email you to notify you the handbag(s) was received and if the return is approved based on condition of handbag(s).  If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Your credit for the full amount less shipping will be received within 14 business days of receipt of the handbag(s).

In order to exchange a handbag(s) the return must be postmarked within 15 days and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all costs of the shipping and safe return of handbag(s), as well as the shipping of the new handbag(s).  We suggest insuring and tracking package to assure safe return.  Once we receive your return and verify it is in original condition we will notify you the handbag(s) was received and if the exchange is approved based on the condition of the handbag(s). If approved, please let us know what handbag(s) you would like to exchange for the original handbag(s).
